The Crocker House

“I have put my talent into writing, my genius I have saved for living.”
Oscar Wilde

Built in 1873, The Crocker House harkens back to an era when classical themes influenced the décor of the opulent Victorian era. If walls could talk, they would tell tales of prominent visitors and elegant balls in what was once a beautifully exceptional hotel.

Each of the eighty apartments, on four residential floors, offer individually unique floor plans in four different apartment types – one-room studios, petite and standard one and two- bedroom apartments. Many residents enjoy fine water views; others have distinctive, decorative fireplaces and most have lofty ceilings and large windows to let the light in.

On the building’s ground floor, the Grand Ballroom has a sumptuous resplendence that provides the perfect back-drop for large, customized special events.

More intimate parties are created in our Entry Lobby gallery and Melba Room.

The lovely attached, open-air Courtyard brings the outdoors to your party, one more option for outstanding entertaining.
